At Renzo Gracie Fort Lee, we have broadened our program offering into Strength & Conditioning, in addition to martial arts.  We have added Strength & Conditioning to give our students the opportunity to focus on their mobility and strength. Our mission is to provide a fun, high quality, safe and effective workout following the latest research and guidelines in strength and conditioning techniques to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. At the head of this program is Ed Sullivan. Ed holds these credentials and certifications, making our program not only advanced but safe as well: As a member of The National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), the nonprofit association which is dedicated to advancing strength, conditioning and related sport science professions around the world, our trainer Ed Sullivan – the Irish Viking, is dedicated to his own professional development – but for your benefit.
