MUAY THAI

Muay Thai began as a martial art form in Thailand and has developed over the past several hundred years. It is referred to as “the art of eight limbs” because it uses eight points of body contact which imitates weapons of war. The instructors of Muay Thai at Renzo Gracie have trained with well-known Mauy Thai experts and have completed other certifications as well. Both Kru Ray Cruz and Kru Joe Bumanlag are certified with U.S.A. Boxing for Olympic Boxing.
